Northbridge Communities in Massachusetts is seeking a Chef / Cook to deliver high culinary standards for residents, cooking with precision and creativity in a warm, resident-focused kitchen.

You will work with the Culinary Director to plan menus, maintain safety and cleanliness, and develop new dishes that residents will love. Full-time roles include a generous sign-on bonus and supportive growth opportunities.
