Reporting to the Sodexo Production Manager, the Cook performs a variety of food preparation duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, formal cooks training program preferred.
• Experience: Successful completion of a formal cooks training program. Three or more years of commercial cooking experience preferred.
• Licensure and/or Certification: ServeSafe Certification preferred.
• Skills:
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written menus, recipes, instructions, and food safety standards.
  • Demonstrated safe and sanitary working practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
