Hampton Behavioral Health Center is a private behavioral healthcare center offering advanced behavioral health and diagnostic treatment services for adults, adolescents, and older adults in inpatient and outpatient programs. We are looking for a Full Time Cook to work day shifts and weekends. Some of the expected duties include:

• Following recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving various food items such as soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, etc.
• Preparing foods using kitchen equipment, measuring and mixing ingredients, washing, peeling, cutting, and shredding fruits and vegetables, and trimming and cutting meats, poultry, or fish.
• Tasting products, reading menus, estimating food requirements, checking production, and keeping records to plan production and requisition supplies and equipment.
• Ensuring sanitation, food aesthetics, and accuracy of diet and orders by holding room service cooks accountable.
