Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning; ensure food is at the correct temperature, visually appealing, and tastes good.
• Follow established ticket procedures during service and maintain records from the area worked during service periods.
• Maintain a clean kitchen after preparation and serving; store or discard excess food per safe food-handling procedures.
• Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized; store food and supplies per standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record-keeping, and reporting as required.
• Assist with ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Report needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings and maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Perform duties safely and maintain a clean, safe work environment; follow HACCP standards and ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned and comply with company policies and procedures including appropriate use of protective gear and safe lifting techniques

Compensation and Benefits
