Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for a full-time COOK position.
• Location: Peoria Proving Grounds - 28194 Caterpillar Lane, Washington, IL 61571. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous culinary and cash handling experience preferred.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare high-quality food following recipes and schedules.
2. Serve meals with correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
4. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
5. Assist with production planning, ordering, and record keeping.
6. Report maintenance issues and participate in safety meetings.
7. Follow all safety and food handling policies, including HACCP standards.
