Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food adhering to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and standards.
• Serve meals, ensuring correct portions, temperature, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, ordering, and record-keeping.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with staff and clients.
• Follow HACCP standards and safety policies, including the use of protective gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
