Position Details

• Full-time position requires availability on weekdays and weekends, working from 11 am to 7 pm.

Position Summary

Prepare food in accordance with medical needs of patients and all current federal, state, and local regulations along with Company established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Head Cook and/or Director of Food Services.

Qualifications

• 1 year food preparation and cooking experience preferably in a hospital, nursing care, or other related medical facility preferred.
• Ability to meet all health and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review menus to ensure ingredients are available/ready.
• Prepare meals according to patient needs and preferences.
• Maintain and file menus in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Follow all safety, food storage, and cleaning standards.
• Serve patients/residents to ensure a positive meal experience.
• Participate in setting up and adjusting food service production line to ensure timely and accurate meal service.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with standards and regulations.
