Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food items per recipes to meet schedules.
• Serves meals with correct portioning, temperature, and presentation; tastes all food.
• Uses ticket procedures during service; maintains records.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following safety procedures.
• Operates kitchen equipment properly.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues promptly.
• Participates in safety meetings and maintains good relationships with staff and customers.
• Follows HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperatures.
• Adheres to safety policies, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and lifting techniques.
