Job summary

Morada Senior Living in Texas is hiring a Cook for the Sabine Place Assisted Living community. You will prepare hot and cold menu items, manage grill, sauté, salad-bar, and service line duties, ensuring meals follow standardized recipes.

The role requires prior senior living experience (preferred), strong organization and communication, attention to food presentation, and weekend availability. Morada offers competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items which requires working on the grill, sauté station, salad-bar and on the service line.
• Ensure the proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and the standardized recipes.
• Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability.
