• Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. Rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items per recipes to meet schedules.
• Serve meals and prepare for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Use established procedures during service and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following safe food-handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, record-keeping, ordering, and receiving supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance.
• Adhere to all company policies, including safety procedures like using gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
