• Prepares high-quality food following recipes and schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portions, temperatures, and presentation.
• Uses proper procedures during service and maintains records.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Stores food properly and operates kitchen equipment safely.
• Assists with planning, ordering, and reporting.
• Reports maintenance issues promptly.
• Participates in safety and training meetings.
• Fosters positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Adheres to safety protocols, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and lifting techniques.
