We are hiring immediately for a full-time COOK position.

Location: Komatsu - 401 East Greenfield Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53204. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous culinary experience preferred.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Pay Range: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality food items following recipes and instructions.
2. Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following safe food-handling procedures.
4. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
5. Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
6. Report maintenance issues and attend safety meetings.
7. Follow HACCP standards for food presentation and safety.
8. Adhere to all safety policies, including proper use of protective gear and safe lifting techniques.
