Job Description: Cook at Morrison Healthcare

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full-time Cook position at Baptist in Hot Springs, AR. The schedule includes shifts from 5:30 am to 1:30 pm or 10:45 am to 6:45 pm, with days varying. Previous food service experience in a hospital environment is preferred. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepare food according to standards, ensuring quality and safety. Responsibilities include:

• Cooking high-quality food using standardized recipes.
• Serving meals with proper portioning and presentation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely.
• Assisting in inventory and record-keeping.
• Following all food safety standards, including HACCP.

Adhere to all safety policies, including the use of protective gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
