Job Summary

Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items according to recipes to meet schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portions, temperatures, and presentation.
• Use established ticket procedures during service and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas following safety standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist with production planning, ordering, and reporting.
• Report maintenance issues and accidents immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Perform job safely, following all policies including proper handling of knives, hot pans, and slip-resistant shoes.
