Job description

Prepares and serves food using proper food handling and food safety techniques for patients, employees, and special events, ensuring foods are tasty, served at the proper temperature, and presented attractively in accordance with established standards. Maintains a clean and safe working environment in compliance with standards.

Pay

The rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Six months’ experience in quantity food preparation.
2. Food Handlers Certificate (if required by local city, county, or state).

Desired Qualification:

• Experience with therapeutic diet preparation is preferred.
