• Location: Cumberland Crossing - EverTrue - 1 Longsdorf Way, Carlisle, PA 17013
• Schedule: Full-time with a mix of 3-day shifts (5:30am - 2:00pm) and 2 evening shifts (12:00pm - 8:00pm). More details provided upon interview.
• Requirement: At least 3 years of cooking experience in institutions or full-service restaurants.

• Pay Range: $16.50 to $19.50 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and schedules.
• Serve meals, ensuring correct portions, temperatures, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist with production planning, ordering, and record-keeping.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain good working relationships.
• Follow HACCP standards and safety policies.
