Job summary

Compass Group USA's FLIK unit is hiring for Cook positions at the Babson Executive Conference Center in Babson Park, MA. Both full-time and part-time roles are available with varying days and hours to meet business needs.

Prior high-volume kitchen experience is preferred, with pay ranging from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour. As a Cook, you will prepare high-quality meals following standardized recipes, ensure food safety per HACCP standards, and collaborate with a team to deliver timely service.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and maintaining proper serving temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organizes storage areas and equipment.
• Adheres to HACCP standards and safety procedures at all times.
• Keeps records as required and assists in ordering and receiving supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
