Unidine is hiring immediately for full and part-time COOK positions.

• Location: Mary Campbell Center - 4641 Weldin Road, Wilmington, DE 19803
• Schedule: Full and part-time shifts, Monday through Friday, alternating weekends
• Requirement: Must have 2 years of healthcare cooking experience
• Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepares high-quality food items following recipes and instructions.
2. Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Uses ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
4. Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen and proper storage of food and supplies.
5. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
6. Assists in planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
7. Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
8. Attends safety meetings and maintains good working relationships.
9. Follows safety standards like HACCP and uses proper protective gear.
