Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using recipes for residents.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory and ordering.
• Store food and supplies to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Supervise Dietary staff when the Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and complete cleaning tasks.
• Prepare and stock snacks and pantry items for residents.
• Use technology to create a great dining experience for residents and families.
