Qualifications

• Minimum of one year cooking experience required.
• Food safety knowledge and adherence to sanitation laws, principles, procedures.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good verbal communication and reliability.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to recipe specifications and Fresquez quality standards.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and personal hygiene requirements.
• Set up and maintain your station for a successful shift.
• Monitor food quality, temperatures, portions, and presentation.
• Clean and maintain cooking equipment and work areas.
• Follow food production procedures to ensure consistency and freshness.
• Work closely with your team to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience through great food and teamwork.
