Job Details

Job Location: 6120 Broadway – Quincy, IL 62305
Salary Range: $12.00 - $20.00 Hourly
NOW HIRING: Cooks (Heart of House Team Members)

What You’ll Do

Prepare and cook menu items such as wings, burgers, and more
Slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed
Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
Help with prep, stocking, and closing duties

Requirements

Required:
- Minimum 18 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede)
Preferred:
- Prior experience working in a restaurant or retail environment.
- Food Handler Certificate.

Physical Requirements

Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Frequent bending, reaching, and movement in a busy kitchen.
