Responsibilities

• Follow health and OSHA regulations for kitchen hygiene and maintenance.
• Assist with weighing, receiving, and proper storage of food.
• Participate in menu planning and food preparation under supervision.
• Ensure safe handling and proper temperature control of meals.
• Maintain sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment.
• Assist with packaging and delivery of meals to satellite offices.
• Keep accurate food usage records and support monthly inventory.
• Coordinate activities of staff during meal service and cleanup.
• Attend BronxWorks trainings and perform additional duties as assigned.
