Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience cooking for large groups or equivalent training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans menus and purchases food and supplies for serving nutritional meals.
• Cleans, cooks and prepares a variety of foods and beverages using kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Stores, refrigerates and freezes food safely and monitors expiration dates.
