Job summary

Encore Village of Schaumburg is seeking a Cook for a 10:30am - 7pm shift. You will prepare meals using standardized recipes and production worksheets, assist with setup, service, and cleanup, and coordinate inventory needs with the Chef/Production Manager.

Weekend availability is required and prior restaurant experience is a plus. This role emphasizes food safety, confidentiality of resident information, and teamwork with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations in a long-term care

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months professional cooking experience.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Experience in working in restaurants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food using standardized recipes and production worksheets.
