Back of House (Kitchen) / Full Time

Typical Shifts: 5:30 am - 2 pm, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 2 pm - close, 3:00 pm - close

Role Summary

The primary responsibility is to prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Positions include breading table, chicken fryers, cold prep, line work (reading screens and preparing sandwiches), dough making (breakfast), grill, and dish. Our kitchen team members are typically cross-trained across various stations. The environment is team-oriented and fast-paced.

General Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen
• Stay updated on current promotions and new products
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance issues
• Complete in-house training and annual re-certification
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
• Follow instructions from management and operators
• Protect the interests of the operator
