Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking 100% of the time as part of the role.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and batch cooking method.
• Ensure quality of food produced and maintain quality/quantity during service using production sheets.
• Ensure proper line presentation, use correct pans and garnishes, maintain serving temperatures as per recipes.
• Maintain open communication with associates about food items on a daily basis.
• Complete daily production sheets.
