Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds

Responsibilities

• Back-of-house duties: prepping, cooking, and plating menu items according to recipe specs
• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling and storage
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures; keep equipment clean and work area organized
• Complete duties with minimal supervision while ensuring fast, friendly guest service
