Beef 'O' Brady’s in Sebring, FL is seeking full-time and part-time cooks to join our back‑of‑the‑house team. You’ll prep, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe specs while delivering fast, quality service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state & local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep equipment clean and the work area organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
