Northbridge Communities in Georgia is seeking a cook who loves food but wants a steadier pace. You’ll work with our Culinary Director to prep, plate, and keep the kitchen and dining areas clean while engaging residents with warmth.

No formal culinary degree required—training provided. You’ll adapt to shifts, maintain safety standards, and help create memorable dining experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or customer service preferred but training provided.
• Willing to be flexible with role changes.
• Maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts.
• Be patient and understanding with resident requests or concerns.
• Keep dining and kitchen areas clean and safe.

Responsabilités

• Prep food as needed by Culinary Director.
• Talk to residents, share daily menu, and ensure satisfaction.
• Serve dishes to residents in a kind manner.
• Assist in cleaning pots, pans, and keeping areas tidy.
• Maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness and safety rules.
• Assist Chef during meal service.
