Responsibilities

• Correctly prepare all foods following standard recipes across multiple orders.
• Restock items and rotate stock safely and properly.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, broiler, fryer, slicer.
• Follow personal safety, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Keep the work area clean and maintain equipment and utensils.
• Adhere to approved recipes and portion controls during service.
