Smashburger in Houston is hiring entry-level team members to prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards, ensure food quality and safety, and work closely with teammates in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll help with prep, stocking, and closing, while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

No experience is required—we’ll train you. You must be 16 or older, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, and be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
