Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and cooking following standard recipes.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines applicable to kitchen environments.

Responsibilities

• Sets up batter table, prepares batter mix, and ensures readiness for service.
• Operates fryers and maintains proper shortening levels.
• Counts and stocks ingredients, verifies equipment and reports malfunctions.
• Prepares and cooks food as directed by the shift Manager.
• Maintains clean work area and adheres to safety and sanitation standards.
