Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and legal eligibility to work.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
• Strong references and a positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items, including Grab and Go options, per Sapp Bros. standards.
• Operate pressure fryers safely and efficiently.
• Portion, prep, and organize food before, during, and after service.
• Maintain food temperatures and log safety records.
• Stock, rotate, and manage product levels in cases and coolers.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and organized, including the dishwasher.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
