Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares world-famous chicken cooked to order or kept warm until ordered.
• Operates large-volume cooking equipment (griddles, grills, deep fryers).
• Prepares, washes, and cuts food for cooking.
• Prepares and cooks according to orders; verifies quality/quantity of orders.
• Maintains sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards in food prep areas and dishes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
