Qualifications

1 year of experience in related food service preferred.
Food Handler’s Card may be required according to local and/or state regulations.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.

Responsibilities

Prepare foods according to standard recipes, working on several different orders simultaneously.
Restocks food and kitchen supplies; stores and rotates food properly and safely.
Operate cooking equipment such as flat grills, char broiler, fryer, slicer, etc.
Observe proper food preparation and handling techniques.
Keep work area neat and clean at all times; cleans and maintains equipment, cooking surfaces and utensils used in food preparation.
