We value food safety, efficiency, and teamwork. The role requires weekend/holiday availability, reading tickets in English, and physical stamina to stand, lift, and operate kitchen equipment throughout shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older per state/local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe specs.
• Provide fast service to guests.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and adhere to safety guidelines.
