Job summary

Hardee's in Hickory is hiring team members to support a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare, cook and assemble orders, stock inventory and maintain food safety standards while delivering quality service.

The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a fun workplace and room for growth. Applicants must be at least 16 and able to work 32–40 hours per week in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Able to sit, stand and walk repeatedly.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, climb stairs or ladders as needed.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Clear spoken and written communication.
• Observe and respond to kitchen safety and room conditions.
• Work in hot/cold environments and handle allergens.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (knives, fryers, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Inform management when inventory is needed.
• Receive and stock deliveries.
• Hold and store food items following safety guidelines.
• Complete tasks with urgency and safety.
• Assist with inventory and storage management.
• Prepare menu items to company standards and safety guidelines.
