Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook quality menu items using grills, broilers, fryers and ovens according to recipes and procedures.
• Assemble sandwiches and other items with correct ingredients and proper portions.
• Prepare ingredients and manage inventory, wash and cut produce, label products with discard dates.
• Maintain food quality by monitoring holding times and discarding expired items.
• Keep a clean, organized and stocked workstation and kitchen environment.
• Support teamwork and professional conduct with management and colleagues.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe guest and team environment.
