Job Description:

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for completing prep work, setting up your station, maintaining product presentation and quality, and preparing menu items according to recipes and standards. Duties include equipment setup, stock verification, cleaning, and food prep while maintaining a clean work area. Candidates should have good communication skills, be able to lift 25-70 pounds, use knives and other food prep equipment, and stand for up to 10 hours.
