Property Location: Barkers Island Inn Superior, WI

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Prepares foods according to specifications and quality standards established in recipes and procedures.
  2. Prepares equipment and food based on forecasted needs and events.
  3. Maintains working knowledge of all kitchen machinery operations.
  4. Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods, techniques, and ingredients.
  5. Maintains appropriate inventory controls and dates all incoming products.
  6. Assists in ordering, receiving, and storing all food and beverage related products.
  7. Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for the safety of guests and team members.
  8. Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department.
  9. Supports team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency.
  10. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
