What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you will prepare food items following recipes and quality standards, maintain cleanliness, manage guest orders efficiently, and ensure proper food handling and storage. Specific responsibilities include:

• Prepare food according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Maintain knowledge of menu and all food products
• Stock and maintain designated food stations
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures per regulations
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
