Job summary

Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living is hiring a part-time Cook/Dishwasher to prepare meals for residents from 6am to 2:30pm each day. You will follow approved menus and safety standards while contributing to a warm, supportive kitchen team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of cooking experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting; ServSafe is a plus. Colorado CAPS background check is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a cook in a nursing home or long-term care setting for at least 1 year.
• Colorado CAPS background check required.
• ServSafe certification a plus.

Shifts: Part-Time 6am-2:30pm

Successful Candidates:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a cook in a nursing home, assisted living, skilled nursing facility or long term care facility for not less than one year.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• Servesafe certification a plus!
• Should have experience as a cook in a hospital or long term care facility for not less than one year.

Rate Range:

$20 - $22/ hour
