Job summary

Senior Living Residences is hiring a Cook to join their caring and compassionate Dining team. In this full-time role, the cook will prepare and plate food for meals and special events while accommodating residents' dietary needs. The position offers a work environment that is not only safe but also fun, and it comes with a comprehensive benefits program starting on the day of hire.

Ideal candidates should have Food Safety certification and a minimum of 1-2 years experience. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and more.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Full Time: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $20 per hour

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The cook will be responsible for preparing and plating food for meals and special events, and accommodating residents' dietary needs as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification: Food Safety certification, preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a cook in a fast-paced setting
• Physical requirements: Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
