Overview:

Part Time and Full Time positions available at Mercy Hospital South.

Location: 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128

Responsibilities:

This individual is responsible for food production in all areas of the department. A thorough knowledge of all methods of cookery is required to produce quality, visually appealing products within designated timeframes. Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certifications: Food Handlers certification within 90 days of hire (Jefferson and Springfield locations).
• Skills, knowledge, and abilities:

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements:

• Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer.
• Physical demands: Ability to push, pull, and grip 50 pounds; pinch 10 pounds.

Preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
