Responsibilities

• Prepare food products for residents, staff and catered events meeting quantity and quality standards.
• Adhere to HACCP, sanitation guidelines and proper hand washing routines.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work areas, equipment, and labeled stock.
• Assist in inventory, ordering and receiving of food products.
• Interact professionally with residents, coworkers and supervisors.
