Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and apply culinary techniques.

• Label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.
• Maintain menu knowledge and plate presentation details.
• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in service execution.
