Penquis in Rockland, ME, is seeking a Cook for its preschool program. You will plan and prepare daily and weekly menus in line with CACFP guidelines, offering homestyle meals to children and supporting their healthy food exploration.

Prior cooking experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate. Join a fun team and contribute to nutritious, kid-friendly meals while complying with program standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

As the cook, you are planning and preparing daily and weekly menus in accordance with CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) guidelines. It offers a great opportunity for creativity in homestyle cooking and baking, helping to encourage children to explore and enjoy fresh, nutritious foods.
