Job summary

The Northbridge Companies are seeking a dedicated Chef / Cook to join our culinary team in Cape Elizabeth, ME. This full-time role requires weekend shifts and offers a supportive environment focused on resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing meals to established standards, collaborating with the Culinary Director on menus, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and contributing new dish ideas. Per diem positions are also available to pickup hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Have experience as a cook or chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Know how to plan menus, prepare food, and use different cooking methods.
• Organize time well and pay attention to details.
• Commit to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Know food safety rules and best practices.
