Job description

Cumberland County government seeks to fill a cook position in their jail located in Portland, Maine. The selected applicant will provide administrative and operational support by supervising the preparation of meals and performing general purchasing duties. The position is 40 hours per week, with a full benefits package. Hours are 3:30 am – 11:30 am, Tuesday through Saturday. Pay is $23.43/hour. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and are ineligible for employment visa sponsorship.
