HMSHost at Cincinnati Airport is seeking a Cook CD - Skilled to prepare cooked foods across fry, flat top, pantry and eggs, while communicating with the manager and servers to ensure timely service.
Responsibilities include following recipes, estimating production, maintaining sanitation per HACCP, operating kitchen equipment, stocking and monitoring temperatures, and performing other duties as assigned to deliver the highest quality service.

Advertised Compensation: $18.25 to $18.60
The Cook CD - Skilled is responsible for preparing cooked foods, and must be able to perform all station functions of Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and cooking eggs; communicating ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and servers as necessary; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or assigned management of which associate is capable of performing; providing the highest quality of service to customers and associates at all times. This is a non-exempt position.
